Her mind is automatically estimating and analyzing the activities of every car
on the streets. When all safety conditions were met, she crossed the street
with ease. The other girl on the other hand which was not trained to cross the
street was having a hard time crossing. She was actually afraid to go by herself
and couldn’t decide when to start walking heading to the other side of the
street. She asked for help from the first girl who gladly helped her to cross
safely. The two girls had different beliefs about crossing the street. They
have different mind patterns.
What Is a Mind Pattern?
Do you know that our minds operate based on patterns. Most
of us are not aware of it but the patterns that we have stored from the day
that we were born until now are the basis of all the decisions and choices that
we make on every single day that we live. The fear, anger, procrastination,
limiting beliefs, the positive and negative emotions that we have been
experiencing, and attitude we have are all based on the stored patterns in our
brain. Mind patterns are actually experiences we encountered repeatedly that
became a “common things” and became part of our lives automatically.
What Is The Bad News About This?
Our brain is stubborn. It is difficult to convince whenever
new ideas are put into it. It simply discards the new information if the data
are out of sync with the information stored inside it. This is the reason why
